Target results - Project EnBa

The following findings contribute significantly to the sustainable use of construction waste and facilitate the evaluation of the project’s success after its conclusion.

Project EnBa´s targets

• Determination of the concentrations of selected substances in construction waste
• Development of guidelines for the identification of recyclable and pollutant materials in construction waste
• Assessment of current potentials, identification of weaknesses
• Advices for adaptation/simplification of national regulations
• Advices for the development of implementation instructions, which allow to meet the “70% recycling objective” of the European Commission
• Creation of a building certificate and introduction of the life-cycle thinking model
